Introduction
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. By participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If applicable, the winner’s guest must also comply with these rules. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility
This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
The promotion applies to any purchase of 70cl Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, 1L Zubrowka Biala Vodka or 70cl Zubrowka Rose during the promotional period (00:00 1st December 2021 to 23:59 15th March 2022). Purchase required except NI.
Internet access required.
Retain proof of purchase/receipt showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period. Each entry must be submitted with a different receipt/ proof of purchase.
One entry every two weeks permitted per consumer email address. Each entry will be entered into a weekly draw and the top prize draw. Maximum one weekly and one top prize can be won per consumer.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
The promotion will run from 00:00 1st December 2021 to 23:59 15th March 2022. Entries outside this period will not be accepted.
How to enter
To enter prize draws, purchase a 70cl bottle of Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, 1L Zubrowka Biala Vodka or 70cl Zubrowka Rose online or in store, then visit www.zubrowkawin.co.uk, enter your first name, surname, email address, and postal address on the entry form and upload copy of purchase receipt.
If purchased online, you must upload either a photo of your delivery note or a screenshot of an order confirmation email, clearly showing your eligible Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, Zubrowka Biala Vodka or Zubrowka Rosé purchase dated during the Promotional Period. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Incomplete, illegible, invalid, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
NI NPN ENTRY
For residents of Northern Ireland, a no purchase necessary entry route is provided. When entering the promotional site, NI residents should choose the NI country selector, fill out the entry form with your first name, surname, email address and postal address and submit your entry. Postal code verification will take place to confirm residency. One entry per week of the promotion per consumer email address. Maximum one weekly and one top prize can be won per consumer.

Winners can choose from 1 of the following 3 experiences: Luxury Glamping Pod in Derbyshire, Luxury Glamping Tent in Oxford, or Luxury Geodome Glamping in Cornwall.

Luxury Glamping Pod in Derbyshire
- The prize is for a 2-night glamping break for 2 people in a luxury glamping pod in Derbyshire.
- Prize includes: travel allowance for travel to Derbyshire, 2 nights accommodation in a luxury glamping pod at ParkhallPods, Derbyshire for 2 people. Including: Kingsize Bed, Private Hot Tub, Fire Pit with open views over Derbyshire Countryside
- You will be staying in a luxury glamping pod at ParkhallPods on a bed-only basis including a fire pit and hot tub. Subject to availability at time of booking.
- Maximum number of guests including winner is 2.
- Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of our prize partner, NDL Travel, and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend, and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms, and Easter in the UK.
- The prize includes a petrol allowance for travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 300 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.

- Prize includes: travel allowance for travel to Oxford, 2 nights accommodation in two luxury glamping tents at Oxford Riverside camping for 4 people. Including: Double bed, electric heating, charging points, and an external fire pit. Breakfast at the Breakfast Club Oxford for 4 people.
- You will be staying in 2x luxury glamping tents at Oxfordshire Riverside camping on a bed-only basis with electric heating, charging points, and an external fire pit. Subject to availability at time of booking.
- Your breakfast at The Breakfast Club is based on 4 adults enjoying a 1-course meal from the main menu including coffee.
- Maximum number of guests including winner is 4.
- The prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 300 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.
- Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of our prize partner, NDL Travel, and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend, and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms, and Easter in the UK.

- Prize includes: Travel allowance for travel to Cornwall, 2 nights accommodation in a luxury Ekopod’s geodome in Cornwall for 2 people. Including: Double bed, kitchen, wood-burning stove, sofa, hammock chair, and dining area.
- You will be staying in a luxury Ekopod’s geodome in Cornwall on a bed-only basis with a kitchen, wood-burning stove, sofa, hammock chair, and dining area. Subject to availability at time of booking.
- Maximum number of guests including winner is 2.
- Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of our prize partner, NDL Travel, and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend, and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms, and Easter in the UK.
- The prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 500 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.
- All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of NDL’s initial correspondence with them.
The Promoter may substitute any prize (or an individual aspect of a prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where it deems it strictly necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter will not offer cash alternatives to any prizes. Prizes are not negotiable.
The winner is responsible for all other costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of the prize.
The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the suppliers or other organisations connected to the Promotion.
Weekly prize draws to win a cocktail kit, 15 available in total.

Please note should any of these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that item with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.

No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or part of a prize of equal or greater value.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
Winner selection
All eligible entries will be entered into the top prize draw and a weekly prize draw. The winners will be selected via a randomised computer process.
Top prize draw winners (00.00 1st December 2021 – 23.59 15th March 2022) will be drawn on 16th March 2022 for all valid promotion entrants. There will be 5 winners in total.
Weekly prize winners will be drawn on the following Wednesday (unless it falls on a public holiday, in which case it will be the next working day) after each promotional week of entry via 15 draws in total, one for each week of the promotional period:

Winner notification
All winners will be contacted by email via the email address provided on entry within 7 days of the draw date. All winners have 14 days of first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of age via email in the form of passport or driving licence. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are the winner.
Once acceptance confirmation has been given, glamping breaks will be organised via email with Zubrowka’s prize agency.
Cocktail hampers will be delivered by courier within 28 days of prize acceptance and the completion of any verification process to the postal address provided on entry.
We aim to deliver all prizes to winners within 28 days of winner confirmation and the completion of any verification. However, due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus and changing Government advice, there may be small delays in fulfilment. We will try our best to get your prizes to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to communicate any delays to you.
Winners list
The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion.
Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting zubrowka@promotionhandling.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winner’s list by emailing zubrowka@promotionhandling.com. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address, purchase and ID (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
General
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
Data protection
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. All data will be deleted 2 months after the promotion end date. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
