

Bison Sour
Try this zingy vodka sour cocktail with a frothy egg white foam top!
Ingredients
- 40ml Żubrówka Bison Grass
- 30ml sugar syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
- Egg white
- 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
Method
Add egg white, sugar syrup, lemon juice and Angostura Bitters and shake for about 15 seconds. When the egg white is beaten, add ice and Zubrowka and shake once more. Pour into a cooled cocktail glass.
