Bison Jam

This fruity cocktail includes a spoonful of jam. Sweet and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Żubrówka
  • 1 tsp of strawberry or raspberry jam
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

Shake and fine strain into a tumbler.

Garnish: Blackberry and slice of lemon
