Bison Blazer

Get cosy with this delicious cocktail packed with spice and flavour.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Żubrówka
  • 15ml St Germain
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 bar spoon of brown sugar
  • 2 large orange twists

Method

Pour Żubrówka into a snifter glass, add sugar and St Germain.

Gently light the ingredients, rolling the glass so that the flame heats up the liquid. (Caution: Hot Glass)

Garnish: Add cloves and twists of orange.
